Oh wells. The flurry of birthdays recently is quite disconcerting - Simin yesterday, Charmaine today and Ngiam on Friday. Poor Ngiam. Council interviews on his birthday.

I'm putting on weight. AGAIN. No matter how much I try I can't help it. I eat too much. AND the stupid thing is that I'm not limiting myself to my own pocket money, which means that I'm overspending and eating into my savings. Grr. I need some willpower. I shall start from tomorrow onwards - eat only one meal in school, and if I get home before 6 I'll have dinner at home, otherwise I'll eat something in school at 5+. Yes. That is what I shall do. Hope I can stick to the regime.
